all in the family

I don’t care for the actress who is currently playing Beth Logan. Besides, she doesn’t look much older than Kathryn Kelly Lang. I know I’m supposed to care about this mystery she’s cultivating, but mostly I don’t care. She’s playing it too indifferent so I find myself being more bored with her and disgusted by the whole plot. Then she makes the big reveal and doesn't even shed tears? Oy. I've seen actresses cry over the wrong shoes and she doesn't even cry over the fact that she's losing her mind?

Beth's story is one of those story lines that makes me turn off the tv and wait until I can read about it later in the weekly wrap-ups.

And I don’t get it, if the daughters loved their Mom sooooo much, why didn’t THEY keep in touch with her? Why didn't they visit her? When Storm died, she claimed it was like “a knife in the heart because I know when he went my memories of him went with him.” Um, hello? Why then wouldn’t you come to the funeral to see your son one last time? Makes no sense.

Plus this whole “Donna is ruining our lives and our company” b.s. is wearing really thin. It’s pounded into our heads on every damn show and it’s so ridiculous to begin with; overall it’s just a very weak storyline, so no doubt I’ll stop watching this one for awhile. B&B is the sort of show that I cannot watch consistently. The constant bed hopping, making dramatic mountains out of boring molehills and characters who claim their undying love for a person on one show and then proclaim their undying love for another person the next day when that didn’t work out all combine to make for an overall unwatchable show for me. Ergo, I can only handle it in bits and pieces.

I can't help myself...

I *love* how NO ONE has mentioned the fact that Donna's son Marcus is African American. I've been waiting and waiting, but everyone is tiptoeing around it...LOL!

kateydid

Dang. I had half of that Katie concept right. She did fall in love with Nick and she did recover, but alas, no lovemaking.

If she has so much love and respect for her niece, where does she get off telling Nick her feelings?

i blame YOU!

I love the way the Forrester's are blaming Donna for singlehandedly bringing down their entire company.

Their old man has had NUMEROUS affairs, and had his naked ass photographed as he stood out on her ledge weeks ago, but, of course, every problem they've ever had is Donna's fault.

let's see if I can guess

Ok, this is what I think is going to happen with Katie...

I think she and Nick are going to get really close and she's going to have sex with him. Instead of dying, his love (or some other such bullshit) will "heal" her body and she'll end up preggers, making Bridget an idiot once again for chasing after Nick when she knows he's never going to love her the way she loves him.

thoughts on tuesday's show

I'm still finding it hard to believe that Heather Tom is leaving B&B. I'm wondering if this time with Nick will miraculously "cure" her while driving them into an affair. And guessing from the way the spoilers are reading, that's probably correct because it said, "Katie appears to be rejecting the heart".

Didn't Jennifer G look fab in that black and white dress today?

KKL really needs to cut that stringy blonde hair. When she was younger, her hair was really thick, but lately it looks BAD. And she'd look really cute with a short layered do. She'd also look a lot younger. HT wasn't afraid to go short. Why is she?

looking for a miracle

Hmmm, TPTB seem to be moving towards killing off Katie. I wonder why? Storm needed to go, but she's the only voice of reason on the show amongst the females.
